In print, again!

10:03am Wednesday 3rd September 2008

A BOOK containing a short story by a Spa author has been republished.

The collection of short stories, called The Remarkable Everyday, was the first book published by Legend Press in 2005.

Now it has been re-released with a new cover to mark the opening of submissions for a new collection planned for next year.

One of the stories was created by town poet and writer Sarah Leavesley, who uses the pen name Sarah James.

The Vernon Grove resident wrote the story, Monday, about three strangers sharing a train journey from Lichfield to Birmingham.

She was one of eight writers who produced a cross between a novel and short story for the book.

Sarah will be reading a passage from her story at Droitwich’s Salt Day, which is being held on Saturday, September 13. The book was re-published last Saturday,
